Oratorical Interpretation

This event qualifies for the OHSSL, but not the NFL.

Oratorical Interpretation is the one of the two basic speech events.  In it, speakers deliver speeches that are not acting performances, but traditional speeches.  These speeches are not original; the speaker is delivering another speaker's previously published and delivered work.

Check this event ballot for details on the rules and judging criteria.
